The most delicious & indulgent chai available! An enticing & cheeky twist on the traditional masala chai, layered with cacao, citrus, spice & all things nice. Say hello to spiced cacao, a guilty pleasure no more, rich in antioxidants, supportive to digestive, inflammatory, heart & immune health. A smooth, harmonious marriage of flavours. Deliciously sweet & sticky loose-leaf chai for chai & chocolate lovers.
All ingredients are either Certified Organic, Organic growing principals or wildcrafted. Handcrafted in Australia with love & intention from local & imported ingredients.
Ingredients: Black tea, Honey, Cacao, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Star Anise, Liquorice, Orange, Orange extract, Cloves, Nutmeg, Black pepper, Fennel, Caraway. Mineral rich salt & love. No nasties & spray free! Contains caffeine.
Flavour: Smooth, spicy, chocolatey & sweet.
Brewing Method: 1-2 heaped tablespoons choc chai.
Chai Tea: We recommend pot & stove top or infuser. Add one tablespoon of chai to pot of cold water, bring to the simmer gently for about one minute, then turn off and allow to steep for several minutes pending desired strength. Add sweetener if desired & milk of choice or enjoy black.
Milk Chai/latte: Firstly, warm milk of choice - we recommend stove top or steam wand - then add Masala Chai and return to the heat until desired strength is achieved, usually 5+ minutes. Strain and serve with chai dust and a side of honey or sweetener of choice and a whole star anise or cinnamon quill.
For longevity and freshness, please remove chai from bag on arrival and place into an airtight container or glass jar.
