Our masala chai is a grounding and heart-warming beverage, with origins deeply rooted in the heart of India. Masala meaning spice, chai meaning tea ‘Spice Tea’. Ingredients are selected and lovingly hand blended by our herbalist using only the highest quality certified organic tea and spices. Smooth, synergistically layered, true tasting loose leaf chai for chai lovers.

All ingredients are either Certified Organic, Organic growing principals or wildcrafted. Handcrafted in Australia with love & intention from local & imported ingredients.

Ingredients: Black Tea, Cinnamon, Pimento Berries (All spice), Star Anise, Clove, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Fennel, Caraway, Licorice, Ginger, Mineral rich salt & love. Contains Caffeine.

Flavour:  Smooth and spicy.

Brewing Method: 1 Tablespoon of loose leaf Masala Chai approximately, more or less pending desired strength.

Chai Tea: We recommend pot & stove top or infuser. Add one tablespoon of chai to pot of cold water, bring to the simmer gently for about one minute, then turn off and allow to steep for several minutes pending desired strength. Add sweetener if desired & milk of choice or enjoy black.

Milk Chai/latte: Firstly, warm milk of choice - we recommend stove top or steam wand - then add Masala Chai and return to the heat until desired strength is achieved, usually 5 minutes. Strain and serve with chai dust and a side of honey or sweetener of choice and a whole star anise or cinnamon quill.

Packaging: Our earth bags are made of brown recycled paper and have a corn-based, 100% natural biofilm that is a renewable resource, and most importantly, they are compostable. For longevity and freshness, please remove chai from bag on arrival and place into an airtight container or glass jar.
