Our masala chai is a grounding and heartwarming beverage, with origins deeply rooted in the heart of India. Masala meaning spice, chai meaning tea ‘Spice Tea’. Ingredients are selected and lovingly hand blended by our herbalist using only the highest quality certified organic tea and spices. Slightly sweet, sticky, vegan friendly and café ready with the addition of coconut blossom syrup. Rich in antioxidants, supportive to digestive, inflammatory, heart and immune health. Smooth, harmoniously layered, true tasting sticky loose-leaf chai for chai lovers.

All ingredients are either Certified Organic, Organic growing principals or wildcrafted. Handcrafted in Australia with love & intention from local & imported ingredients.

Ingredients: Black Tea, Coconut blossom syrup, Cinnamon, Pimento Berries (All spice), Star Anise, Clove, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Fennel, Caraway, Licorice, Ginger, Mineral rich salt & love. Contains Caffeine.

Brewing Method: 1-2 heaped tablespoons Masala Chai

Milk Chai/latte: Firstly, warm milk of choice - we recommend stove top or steam wand - then add Masala Chai and return to the heat until desired strength is achieved, usually 5-8 minutes. Strain and serve topped with chai dust and a whole star anise or cinnamon quill.

Chai Tea: Steep in 250ml of freshly boiled filtered water for 3-5 minutes, strain and serve. Add an optional dash of milk. Enjoy!
